Calendar/Google Doc

Calendars and Google docs can be added by sharing a script from Google or Outlook.

Adding a Google Calendar
- In a slideshow zone, select the "Script" widget
- Select the Google Calendar option
- On a computer, open your Google calendar You can only get the code to embed in your website from a computer, not the Google Calendar app.
- In the top right, click Settings->Settings
- On the left side of the screen, click the name of the calendar you want to embed.
- Make sure this calendar is public
- In the "Integrate calendar" section, copy the iframe code displayed.
- Under the embed code, click Customize.
- There a many options you may want to customize such as changing the view to weekly or agenda.
- Choose your options, then copy the HTML code displayed.
- Return to Quickesign and paste your code in the Script box
- Optionally, enter a Width and Height. By default this will be the size of the zone.
- Click Add Script which will add a slide to your slideshow. Give the system a couple minutes to generate the initial image



Adding an Outlook Calendar
- In a slideshow zone, select the "Script" widget
- Select the Outlook option
- open your outlook.com calendar
- Go to settings
- Search for Publish a calendar
- Select a calendar, Can view all details, then Publish
- copy the html
- Return to Quickesign and paste your code in the Script box
- Optionally, enter a Width and Height. By default this will be the size of the zone.
- Click Add Script which will add a slide to your slideshow. Give the system a couple minutes to generate the initial image



Adding a Google Document
- In a slideshow zone, select the "Script" widget
- Select the Google Document option
- In Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides, open a file.
- Click the Share Button on the top right and change the setting to "Public on the web - Anyone on the Internet can find and view"
- Click Done
- Click File, Publish to the web.
- Choose a publishing option: Spreadsheet: Publish the entire spreadsheet or individual sheets.
- Click Publish.
- Copy the Embed code
- Return to Quickesign and paste your code in the Script box
- Optionally, enter a Width and Height. By default this will be the size of the zone.
- Click Add Script which will add a slide to your slideshow. Give the system a couple minutes to generate the initial image

Adding an Icloud Calendar
You can't directly add Icloud calendars to Quickesign. You can add them to a Gmail account then add the Google Calendar script.
