You approve access in your browser with the QuickeSign account that owns the screens you want Muse to reach.

Muse prepares the QuickeSign connector and shows a connector card. Choose Connect.
Your browser opens QuickeSign. Sign in with the account that owns your screens, review access, and approve.
Muse checks the connection and tells you when QuickeSign is ready.
Ask a read-only question first and confirm that the screen names match your account.
“What plan am I on, and which of my screens are currently running? List them by name.”
Name the screen and layout every time, just as you would when giving instructions to a teammate.
“What is playing on Roku Right right now?”
“List my layouts and tell me which ones are not on any screen.”
“Make a new menu board for the lobby screen with today’s specials. Show me the plan before you build it.”
“On the Building Directory board, change ABC Building to 123Building.”
“Add an ESPN NFL RSS slide, image on the right, up to 3 stories.”
“Play the brunch board at 7:15 a.m. and lunch specials at 11:30 a.m. on the Right screen.”
Include the exact screen name and layout name.
Give the final wording, price, time, and font size.
Ask Muse to explain the plan before a redesign or publish.
Say “Use sample data—this is a template” when appropriate.
A precise target and a quick confirmation keep updates intentional.
Ask: “Tell me exactly which screen and layout you are about to change, and wait for me to say go.”
Left / Right and Lobby / Office are easy to confuse. Confirm the destination before a live change.
QuickeSign sign-in and approval happen on the QuickeSign website through OAuth.
Weather, news, quotes, video, and clocks may look blank in a still preview. Check the TV for the live result.
After any reconnect, run the read-only verification question again before making a live change.
Start a fresh Muse chat and paste the setup message again, including https://quickesign.net/mcp. Check that you are online.
Disconnect the connector, reconnect, and sign in with the QuickeSign account that owns those screens.
Disconnect and reconnect the QuickeSign connector so Muse refreshes its tool list. Then ask the verification question again.
Ask Muse: “Show me the QuickeSign Connect button again.” Choose Connect and finish sign-in in the browser tab it opens. Allow pop-ups if your browser blocks them.
Trust the TV for live widgets. If the TV itself is wrong, tell Muse the exact screen name and exactly what you see.
Disconnect the QuickeSign connector in Muse, then revoke Muse in QuickeSign’s connected-apps area if it is shown.
