Service & connected integrations

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Quickesign website, digital signage service, player applications, and Quickesign-provided APIs and integrations, including the Quickesign plugin and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (together, the “Service”). “Quickesign,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quickesign LLC. “You” means the person or organization using the Service.

By accepting these Terms when creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or connecting an integration, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information, and protect your passwords, access tokens, and connected accounts. You are responsible for the users and integrations you authorize and for managing their access. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may manage only displays, accounts, and content that you own or are authorized to control.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Your selected plan and order determine the available features, display allowance, fees, billing period, and any trial. Review the terms presented before purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed in the transaction. A free trial does not itself authorize a paid charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods under your selected plan unless you cancel. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at purchase until cancellation. You may cancel at any time as described below. We will notify you in advance by email of any upcoming price changes and obtain consent where required by applicable law. Disconnecting an AI integration or uninstalling a player app does not by itself cancel a separately purchased Quickesign subscription.

You may cancel at any time through the Quickesign dashboard by selecting Account → Plan/Payment → Cancel Account. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. After cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current paid subscription period.

Refund policy: Payments are non-refundable, including payments for monthly and annual subscriptions. No refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you upload or provide. You grant Quickesign a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, format, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service and carry out your instructions. This license does not transfer ownership of your content or grant permission to use it in our advertising.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and display content, including images, video, music, logos, personal information, and third-party feeds. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of prices, promotions, disclosures, and other material shown on your displays. Keep independent copies of important content.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to violate law or another party’s rights; distribute malware; publish unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing material; access another customer’s data; bypass account permissions or security controls; or disrupt the Service through abusive traffic or other interference. Do not use the Service to misrepresent your identity or authorization.

Quickesign’s software, branding, and other proprietary materials remain the property of Quickesign or their respective owners. Your subscription permits use of the Service within the applicable plan; it does not transfer ownership of our software or grant trademark rights.

6. AI assistants, plugins, and the MCP connection

Connecting Quickesign to an AI assistant enables that assistant to request access to Quickesign information and perform supported actions within the connected account’s permissions. Depending on the tools available, actions may include reading screen status, editing content, assigning layouts, and requesting display refreshes. These actions can affect content shown on physical screens.

You are responsible for choosing the account you connect, reviewing the permissions requested, and giving clear instructions. Check the target screen, layout, wording, and prices before authorizing changes, and verify important changes afterward. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. A successful tool response or refresh request does not necessarily prove that a physical screen has displayed the change.

Information needed to fulfill an authorized request may pass between Quickesign and the AI provider, including tool inputs, requested account information, and results. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its handling of that information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information through prompts.

You may stop using the integration and disconnect it through the AI provider’s available connection controls. Contact Quickesign support if you need help revoking Quickesign-side access. Disconnecting does not undo completed changes or necessarily delete records already held by the AI provider. Quickesign is a separate service from OpenAI and other AI providers.

7. Third-party services and device requirements

The Service may interact with third-party hardware, operating systems, app stores, content providers, payment processors, and AI platforms. Their services and content are subject to their own terms. Availability, compatibility, and features can change. You are responsible for suitable devices, power, internet access, and any third-party permissions or subscriptions needed for your use.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes Quickesign’s handling of personal information. Publicly displayed content may be seen or recorded by others. Only include personal information on a display when you have an appropriate lawful basis and permission to do so.

9. Availability and changes

Maintenance, network conditions, device failures, and third-party outages may interrupt access or delay updates. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, the Service does not include a guaranteed uptime or delivery time. Do not rely on Quickesign as the sole means of delivering emergency or life-safety communications.

We may modify the Service as it develops. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable and as required by law. Any separate written service commitments remain applicable.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, or unpaid fees. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action. You may stop using the Service and cancel under the applicable subscription terms.

For ordinary subscription cancellation, access continues through the paid period as described in Section 3. After that period, or following termination for the reasons described above, access to hosted content may end. Save needed content before your access ends. Personal information and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law; these Terms do not promise immediate deletion of every copy.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any express written commitments, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Quickesign does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Service will meet every particular requirement. No provision excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Excluded damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quickesign will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of data to the extent those losses constitute such damages, even if advised of their possibility.

Liability cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quickesign’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Quickesign for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the first event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. This cap applies collectively to all related claims, whether based on contract, tort (including ordinary negligence), or another legal theory.

Exceptions. The exclusions and cap above do not apply to Quickesign’s fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or to any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. They do not reduce any refund expressly promised in a separate written agreement or required by law. If applicable law permits only a narrower limitation, that permitted limitation applies.

12. Disputes and general provisions

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve concerns. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. You and Quickesign consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such proceedings.

Nothing in this section deprives you of consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived or restricts your right to bring a claim in another court where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain additional acceptance when required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing dispute or override non-waivable rights.
