Can I show Power BI on a TV?
Yes. Quickesign can display live Power BI reports on TVs and commercial signage displays using the Power BI widget.
Does the Power BI widget only work on one TV platform?
No. The Power BI widget works across every Quickesign player platform, so you can use it on any TV or commercial display supported by Quickesign.
Do I need a Power BI account?
Yes. You need a Power BI account with access to the reports you want to show. The current Quickesign setup guide notes that a Power BI Pro license is required, and a trial can also be used.
Can Quickesign edit my Power BI reports?
No. The connection is view-only. Quickesign can display reports but cannot change, delete, or share content in your Power BI account.
Can I show Power BI in a multi-zone layout?
Yes. Add the Power BI widget as part of a Quickesign layout alongside other content such as text, images, clocks, weather, or other supported widgets.
