Set your defaults for new layouts and uploads, turn on Quick Check, and see your upload limit.

Steps

Click your name in the top right and choose Settings. Changes take effect for new layouts and uploads:
- Default Screen: the page you see when you sign in (Screens or Layouts).
- Quick Check: screens check for changes every 15 to 20 seconds (not on the Light plan). See Quick Check.
- Playlist always expanded: the Screens page shows every layout on a screen’s playlist, not just the first two.
- Default Layout Type and Default Layout Orientation: what New layout starts with.
- Default Resolution: uploads are resized to this size. Older Roku models may need 720p.
- Default FPS: the frame rate for uploaded videos; 30 is recommended.
- Autopurge: removes files that no layout uses.
- Upload Limit: the largest single upload. Contact support to raise it.
Your name, company, email addresses and phone are under Contact Info in the same menu, and your password under Password.
