Put an urgent message or layout on the screens you choose for a set number of minutes. When the time is up, the screens go back to their usual playlist on their own.
What you’ll need
- The Pro plan or higher.
- Permission to change playlists (the account owner always has it).
- Optional: a layout made for alerts, such as a weather warning or closing notice.
Steps

In the menu on the left, click Screens, then click Alerts.

In Send an alert / announcement, choose Use a layout and pick the Layout, or choose Write a message and type it. Set the Duration (minutes) (at least 1 minute), choose the Screens, and click Send alert. The alert goes to the selected screens right away; turn on Quick Check for the fastest delivery.
