Screen Time Report

See each screen’s playlist, how long it takes to play, and about how many times an hour it plays. Download the report as a spreadsheet to share it.

What you’ll need

  • Screens with layouts on their playlists.

Steps

  1. In the menu on the left, click Reports. The Screen Time Report lists each screen’s Location, Screen name, Playlist, Plays / hour and Playlist duration. Search the report or filter it by location, and click Download CSV to open it in Excel or Google Sheets.

How it is worked out: the playlist duration adds up the slide durations in each layout’s primary zone (see Primary Zone), and plays per hour is 60 divided by that duration in minutes.
