Pricing and Plans
Quickesign has four plans: Light, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise. Pricing is per screen, per month, in US dollars, and you can change your plan at any time.
Which plan do you need?
Each plan builds on the one before it, so Standard includes everything in Light, Pro includes everything in Standard, and Enterprise includes everything in Pro.
Light: $6 per screen per month, or $60 per year
Great for simple layouts with one or more full page image or mp4 video.
You get: Slideshows, fullscreen videos, vertical layout support, automatic layout changes, Full HD 1920x1080 display, scheduled slide changes, displays organized by location, and the TV Control companion app.
Standard: $10 per screen per month, or $99 per year
Standard adds the ability to customize the layout with multiple zones, which can be text, slideshows, rectangles, videos and music.
Adds: multizone layouts, digital and analog clocks, scrolling text, MP3 audio, PowerPoint and PDF support, the Canva widget, Quickesign design tools, Quick Check, and Quick Caption.
Pro: $15 per screen per month, or $149 per year
Pro gives you the option to add widgets and multiple layouts to a playlist. This is our most popular plan.
Adds: weather and news widgets, Facebook and Instagram feeds, YouTube videos, calendar and Google Docs, multiple layouts per device, weather and emergency alerts, smart QR codes, event lists, famous quotes, and Power BI reports.
Enterprise: $20 per screen per month, or $199 per year
Enterprise is for larger organizations needing multiple user logins with different permissions and the ability to monitor device uptime.
Adds: Enterprise device support, multi-user accounts, user-level permissions, device monitoring tools, text alerts, large video support, and additional reports.
The annual price works out to two months free. See the price calculator for your exact cost once multi-screen discounts are applied.
Monthly or annual
Paying annually gets you two months free. Both monthly and annual plans renew automatically, and we email you ahead of an annual renewal so it is never a surprise. You can cancel at any time.
Multi-screen discounts
The multi-screen discount starts at 3 screens for Pro and Enterprise, 4 screens for standard, and 10 screens for light. It stacks with the annual discount. The price calculator shows your cost for any combination of plan, screen count, and billing period. Quickesign offers the best volume discounts of all digital signage software providers.
Sales tax
We do not charge sales tax. Quickesign is a software service and we are based in Florida, where that is not taxable. There is no exemption certificate for you to file.
Free Trial
You can start a free trial with no credit card required. Start one from the signup page, or from any plan on the pricing page.
Your trial runs for 7 days and starts on the Pro plan. You can switch to a different plan during your trial to try it out, including Enterprise. If you need more time to decide, please email mike@quickesign.com.
Moving to a paid plan
To keep your screens running after your trial, go to Account -> Plan/Payment, add a payment method, and choose your plan. We process credit cards using Stripe. You may also pay with Paypal or request a traditional invoice.
If your trial runs out
At the end of your trial your screens stop showing your content and display an expired account message instead.
We keep everything you built for two months. Move to a paid plan any time in that window and your content comes back exactly as you left it. After two months, content from expired accounts is purged.
Changing Your Plan
You can move up or down a plan at any time. On accounts with more than one user, only the main account owner can change the plan.
How to change your plan
- Log in at my.quickesign.net
- Go to Account -> Plan/Payment
- Choose your plan from the Version dropdown and confirm
Before you move to a lower plan
Your screens use whichever version is currently selected, so the change happens as soon as you confirm it. Features you are leaving behind are gone right away, and any content that depended on them stops appearing. Review your layouts first.
- Enterprise to Pro removes multi-user accounts, user permissions, device monitoring, and text alerts. If other people log in to your account, they will lose their access, so check with your team first.
- Pro to Standard removes the widgets: weather, news, social feeds, YouTube, calendar and Google Docs, QR codes, event lists, famous quotes, alerts, and Power BI. It also removes multiple layouts per device.
- Standard to Light removes multizone layouts and the Quick Check feature.
Adding and Removing Screens
Quickesign is priced per screen, so adding or removing a screen changes your bill.
Screens and devices
Your screen count is the number of devices linked to your account, such as a Roku, Fire TV, or Apple TV.
Adding a screen
When you set up a new device it is added to your account as a screen.
If you pay monthly, the new screen appears on your next invoice. Your billing date is the day of the month you signed up, so there is no separate pro-rated charge in between.
If you pay annually, adding a screen is pro-rated for the rest of your annual cycle and invoiced immediately.
Removing a screen If you no longer need a screen, you can delete it from the screens tab. Please also update your plan and number of screens from the Accounts - > Plan/payment page
If you pay monthly, removing a screen lowers your bill starting with your next billing cycle.
If you pay annually, that screen is already paid for through the end of your annual cycle, so removing it does not lower your bill and does not create a refund. Your renewal price will reflect the lower screen count.
Replacing a broken device
Set up the replacement device, then remove the old screen from your account. You are not charged twice as long as your total screen count stays the same. You can change which physical devices are running as often as you like, even daily, at no extra cost. Only the number of screens on your account matters.
Updating your card
- Log in at my.quickesign.net
- Go to Account -> Plan/Payment
- Enter your new card details and save
Paying by check or purchase order
Annual plans can be paid by check, and we can work with a purchase order. Please email mike@quickesign.com or click the online chat button and we will set it up. If you need something we do not already offer, we are happy to work with you to find a solution.
Finding your invoices and receipts
Go to Account -> Plan/Payment -> History to view and download your past receipts.
Receipts are sent to the notification email on your account, and to your second email if you have one set.
If a payment fails
If a payment fails, we will email you. If we still cannot collect payment three days later, your account is shut off. Your screens stop showing your content and display an expired account message instead.
You can still log in while your account is shut off, and nothing is deleted right away. Go to Account -> Plan/Payment, update your payment method, and your screens go back to showing your content exactly as you left it.
We keep your content for two months. After that it is deleted, so please update your payment method before then.
Canceling Your Account
You can cancel at any time. On accounts with more than one user, only the main account owner can cancel.
How to cancel
- Log in at my.quickesign.net
- Go to Account -> Plan/Payment -> Cancel Account
- Give your reason for canceling, then select cancel and confirm
What happens when you cancel
Your screens stop showing your content at the end of your current billing cycle. If you pay annually, that is the end of the year you have already paid for. Canceling partway through an annual cycle does not create a refund, and you keep full access until the cycle ends.
We keep your content for two months after that, and then delete it. If you need longer, or you are a seasonal business, reach out through chat or email mike@quickesign.com before that point and we will keep your content around until you are ready to come back.
If you are canceling because of cost
Two things are worth checking first. A lower plan may still do everything you need. Light is $6 per screen per month, or $60 per screen per year. And if you are being billed for screens you no longer use, removing them from the Screens page may be all you need to do.
And if something is not working, please talk to us before you go. Click the online chat button in the bottom right of any page, or email mike@quickesign.com. Most issues are quick to sort out.
Reactivating your account
Log back in at my.quickesign.net, go to Account -> Plan/Payment, add a payment method, and choose your plan. If you are inside the two-month window, your layouts, screens, and media come back exactly as you left them.
Logging In and Your Account Info
Signing in
Manage your content at my.quickesign.net from any computer or phone browser. You can also manage your displays from the Mobile Admin app for Android and iPhone.
You sign in with your username. That is separate from the email addresses on your account, which are only used for notifications and receipts.
If you forgot your password
Go to my.quickesign.net and click Forgot Pass. Enter your account username and follow the link that is sent to you.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, and check that you entered your username rather than an email address, since the two are not always the same. If you still cannot get in, please email mike@quickesign.com or click the online chat button.
Changing your password
If you are already logged in, go to Account -> Password.
Changing your username
Usernames cannot be changed from your account page. Please email mike@quickesign.com and we will change it for you.
Changing your notification emails
Go to Account -> Account Info and update your email or your second email. Changes are saved immediately.
Both addresses are used for notifications and receipts. A second email is useful when the person managing your content is not the person who handles the billing. Changing either one does not change how you log in.
Still Need Help?
Click the online chat button in the bottom right of any page at any time, or please email mike@quickesign.com. You will be talking with a real person either way.
