Keep your layouts tidy with folders, copy a layout to start a new one, and delete the ones you no longer need.
What you’ll need
- Permission to create and delete layouts (the account owner always has it).
Steps

In the menu on the left, click Layouts. Each layout has three buttons:
- Copy: makes a copy to change, for example a menu for another location.
- Move: puts the layout in a folder.
- Delete: removes the layout and takes it off any screen playlists and schedules.
Use the search box, the folder list and the All, Active and Not in use filters to find layouts. Not in use shows layouts that no screen plays.

To make a folder, click Create folder, type a Folder name (such as Seasonal campaigns) and click Create folder. You can also choose a folder when you create a new layout.
